نکات لازم برای پخش آنلاین و دانلود

در صورتیکه در دانلود و یا پخش آنلاین فیلم ها در اپلیکیشن و یا در وبسایت مشکل دارید، لازم است که در ابتدا نکات زیر را رعایت کنید و ویدیوی راهنمای کوتاه 2 دقیقه ای زیر را مشاهده نموده و مطابق آن عمل کنید:

  1. فیلم های سایت فقط بر روی مرورگر «گوگل کروم» باز می شوند (خصوصا در موبایل و تبلت). پس اگر لینک فیلمی را در تلگرام، فیسبوک، اینستاگرام و … دارید، آن لینک را کپی کرده و در مرورگر گوگل کروم باز کنید. متاسفانه، در مرورگرهای دیگر صفحه های تبلیغاتی به صورت جداگانه باز نمی شوند و آنگاه موفق به دیدن فیلمها نمی شوید.
  2. اگر بر روی مرورگر و یا دستگاه خود، برنامه مسدود کنند تبلیغات دارید، آن را غیر فعال کنید وگرنه فیلمها پخش نمی شوند.
  3. اگر از خارج کشور هستید و از وی پی ان استفاده می کنید، ترجیحا آن را خاموش کنید. بعضی وی پی ان ها با سرور اصلی سایت مشکل دارند.
